TMJ Construction Services is growing and we are looking for the right person to lead and build our Repair & Deck Division.
This role is ideal for someone who understands construction, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys organizing teams and projects. The Repair & Deck Division Manager will oversee repair work and deck installations from scheduling through completion while ensuring projects run smoothly for both our crews and our customers.

• Schedule and manage daily repair crews and deck installation teams
• Oversee project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule

• Provide updates and respond to customer questions throughout the project
