Contract

Following the roof inspection, your sales representative will provide you with a bid or estimate tailored to your roof’s specific measurements and materials you’ve selected, such as shingle type and color. This will serve as the contract for scope of work.

Scheduling

Once you’ve signed the contract, we will order all necessary materials and schedule a day for your project to start. Our friendly team will ensure the dates work for you.

Job Site Setup

Our professional crew will lay out tarps, prepare plywood, shingles, tools, and more outside. This protects your landscaping from damage, and allows us to efficiently get your roof replacement or repair completed. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the process, we request that you direct them to your main point of contact: the project manager or our office.

Tear-Off

The removal process can involve handling an average of 10,000 pounds of wood, tarps, nails, and insulation, which can be a dangerous process. We promptly dispose of these items in our dumpster. Our experienced team ensures that this process is as safe as possible. For your safety, we request that homeowners leave the task to us.

Removal of Old Wood

When we expose the original roof deck, we carefully evaluate its condition and provide recommendations regarding wood replacement. Fortunately, in most cases, homes only need minor quantities of wood replaced.

Completed Roof

Once our work is completed, we diligently clean any areas where we worked. We also inspect lawns and plantings to ensure that unwanted debris is removed. Our roofing team uses powerful magnets to pick up any nails, screws, and bits of wiring that might have fallen during the work. We haul everything away, leaving your home’s exterior pristine.
